(1) Except with the consent of the person concerned, or the order issued under the prevailing law by any competent authority in the course of the investigation of any criminal offence, no one shall open, or cause to be opened, personal letters of such person.
(2) No person shall open, see or forward the electronic letters (emails) of other person.
